OPEN SPACES AND ELEGANT FINISHES INSPIRE A GLAMOROUS LOFT.
This 2600sf, 3-bedroom apartment was purchased by a young urban couple 10 years after a developer converted the building.
Updating required a new conceptualization of the loft's overall visual scale. All existing built-ins, trims and finishes were removed and the kitchen was opened and modernized.
We redefined specific functional areas within the loft through the use of custom cabinetry, lighting, and the placement of decorative patterned surfaces, with new attention to light colors, tactile materials and finely resolved details. In the primary bath, we converted the existing tub into a generous shower, replaced a former stall shower with an opulent dressing area, and clad the entire room in luxurious materials.
With a decorative balance of color and sparkle, this loft was transformed into a fun, comfortable place for the couple to live and entertain.
